One-time fee includes our search fee, a comprehensive background check, drug testing, 5day trial, 12 months of ongoing monitoring, additional training provided by the Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny’s professional development training program, free membership into NOW On-call Sitting and a credit towards replacement if needed.

NOW Temporary Nanny Placement Fee

All temporary placement fees include, our search fee, a comprehensive background check, drug testing, ongoing monitoring and free membership into NOW On-call Sitting during the assignment. If after a temporary placement, the family decides to hire the nanny for a longer term, the difference between appropriate placement fees will be assessed.

One-time fee for short-term care for thirteen weeks to six months - $1,550

One-time fee for short-term care for five weeks to three months - $1,050

One-time fee for short-term care for one week to one month  - $450

NOW All Inclusive Placement Fee – $25+/hr

The family will be a charged a one-time search fee and an hourly rate for hours worked (on a bi-weekly basis). Rate includes comprehensive background check, drug testing, , ongoing monitoring, additional training provided by the Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny’s professional development training program, free membership into NOW On-call Sitting and a 100% guarantee replacement.

NOW Permanent Nanny Placement Fee – $2,500.00

NOW Babysitting (On-Call) Placement Fee - $200 annually (or $50/call)

Occasional care of a child or children during the day or night. We can also place sitters when children are off on holiday breaks, mildly ill or when their regular caregiver is unavailable (back-up care).

NOW Screening Option - $200+

NOW also assist families by providing comprehensive screening for caregivers they have secured on their own.
